Your membership term will commence on 1st January for a period of 12 months, ending on 31st December of every year. Membership will be applied to person of 21 years of age or above, and it is non transferable. Membership application procedures are as follows :

1. A membership is engaged to a player's name, not to a company. So, if let’s say a company has 2 players, it shouldhave two (2) individual memberships in the name of the individuals.

2. For new Membership applications, all full paying and current Members have the right to propose new Members to join Propcon Golf Club. Existing members will be sent a Membership Proposal or alternatively you may download the Membership Proposal in pdf format from the official website www.propcongolf.com. Please fill in the Proposed Member’s name and other data required, and send it back to us WITHOUT payment.

3. The Committee will review all new Membership Proposals as required by the Secretary.

Subject to committee vetting, the candidates proposed will be requested to play at least 2 times as a guest in a Propcon monthly tournament, with one or more Committee. The Candidate or the Member proposing will pay the normal guest fee (Rp. 1.750.000 per event). The monthly schedule for a calendar golfing year is listed on our website, or we will inform via email / whatsapp group directly. This process is needed so that existing members will know the member candidate better in terms of line of business, the understanding of the game, golf etiquette etc.

4. Then after 2 times play as a guest player, the Propcon Commitee member will decide if the candidate is accepted or not as a Member.

5. If the candidate is accepted as a Propcon member, notification will be sent to the Member proposing the candidate and advising them of the decision. The New Member will be required to pay the membership fee in outlined in our website per annum or if not a full year, then pro rata (depending what month the New Member joins). For calculation purposes, the Club’s fiscal year starts from January until December the proceeding year.

The club has the right to reject or to limit the number of memberships permitted in any given year and subject to availability. The benefits, which are associated and given to members may vary from time to time, pending upon the program which has been adopted by the Committee at the time.

Propcon membership for the period 1^st January until 31^st December 2024 is as follows:
Joining fee Rp. 5.000.000 (for new member) + Annual fee Rp 17.000.000,-

• All inclusive playing fee on all Propcon Monthly Tournaments (usually 12 per season)
• Complimentary playing fee on the Annual Propcon Tournament (usually the last event of the year)
• Cash Prizes for Best Net I and Best Net II Winners during all Propcon Monthly Tournament
• Full access to the Members only Propcon website, where Member details, promotions, golfing trips and golf tips are accessible.
• 50% discount for advertisement on the website and other promotional events (for furtherinformation please contact the Club’s Secretary)

Special Benefits:

• Special discounted prices for PropconLogo merchandise Golf Bags, Golfing apparel and personalized Club covers.
• Special discounted price for product presentation or company sponsorship.
• Propcon Organized Golfing holidays both locally and internationally
• Special concessions to International Golfing Tournaments (when available in Indonesia only)

Walk-in Guest
Pay as you play Rp 1.750.000,-

 • Not entitle for hole in one prize and Grand Prize – lucky draw in PROPCON mothly tournament
 • Not entitled for cash prizes on Best Net I or Best Net II

We encourage all existing members to pay before end of December 2023 transfer to our bellow BCA account otherwise players will be treated as walk in guest on January 2024 tournament.

To obtain a handicap you must:

Play three rounds of golf for handicap purposes, and have your scorecard from those rounds signed by a marker.
Ensure that the scorecards are properly completed and have your name, membership number, date, gross scores, standard scratch score for the course you played and relevant signatures clearly marked on them and are handed to the Club Manager.
We will then calculate your handicap and issue an official Propcon Golf Club handicap card. Your handicap will be updated and accessible through Propcon Golf Club website.
You will only receive a certificate detailing your handicap when it changes but you can request a new certificate by contacting the Club office.

Your personal information

Propcon Golf Club may use the personal information you provide or we otherwise hold about you to:

• Identify you when you make enquiries by telephone, post, email or in person.
• To help administer your accounts and your membership benefits including to write to, email or telephone you with information about such membership benefits from time to time.
• To help us to detect fraud or loss.

Your personal data is also subject to the standard website privacy policy.

You can update your personal information via your personal profile page on Propcon Golf Club website. It is your responsibility to keep this information updated - we cannot communicate with you unless the information is correct.

Liability

We warrant that the membership services will be provided using reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that their provision, including the operation of the Club Database, will be interrupted or error free and give no other warranty, guarantee or representation as to the performance of any of the same.

Definitions

In these terms:
'We' refers to Propcon Golf Club Membership services.
'Official Handicap' means Propcon Golf Club handicap system operated by membership services.

General

We may provide any membership benefit to you through any agent or sub-contractor appointed by us in our absolute discretion.
Nothing in these terms shall give rights to any person other than you.
