Our friend, a Propcon member, GAVIN BURTON (President Director PETROJAYA BORAL PLASERBOARD, PT - Jayaboard), by the end of June 2010 will leave us to hold his new poition at China. His position in Jakarta, will be replaced by JAY LEE , who will also become a member of Propcon. We hold a farewell golf on Monday, 21 June 2010 at Permata Sentul Golf Course, and 10 Propcon members were participated in the event. Gavin contributed doorprize whcih won by Hadinata (PING driver) and Andry Pribadi (1 pairing Emeralda golf vouchers). Propcon gave to Gavin a golf bag cover and a PING jacket with Propcon Logo and his name embroderied on it. After golfing, we held dinner with free flow beer (thanks to Chuck Kidd) till 7 pm. Setelah kami melakukan pendataan terhadap nama-nama pemain dan kapasitas tampung dalam Tim Mackay Memorial di Rancamaya pada hari Kamis 10 Juni 2010 yad, bisa kami laporkan beberapa hal sbb :

1. Jumlah pemain sebagai hak atas sponsorship sejumlah 129 orang. Di dalamnya sudah termasuk beberapa nama member Procon yang berpartisipasi sebagai sponsor.
2. Di luar jumlah tersebut di atas, kami bisa menampung sampai dengan maksimal 15 orang member Propcon Non Sponsor/Komite, sehingga jumlah total pemain akan mencapai 144 orang.
3. Seperti pemberitahuan kami dalam surat edaran sebelumnya, bahwa prioritas 15 orang tersebut akan kami berikan kepada member yang telah melunasi annual fee 2010 - 2011 sebesar Rp. 7.500.000, dan kepada pemain dimohon kesediaannya untuk membeli entry ticket sebesar Rp. 1.500.000,- Pada saat ini sudah tercatat 9 orang pemain. Karena itu sisa 6 slot akan kami berikan kepada member yang belum melakukan konfirmasi seperti pada tabel pemain di bawah ini.
4. Sekali lagi kepada para member yang tidak bisa bergabung bersama di pagi / siang harinya, kami mengundang kedatangannya untuk hadir pada acara gala dinner yang akan dimulai pada pukul 18.00. Member Propcon yang terhormat,
Sungguh suatu kehormatan yang sangat besar Club kita dipercaya sebagai promotor/ organizer dari sebuah event besar Tim Mackay Memorial Golf Invitational.

 

Seperti yang anda ketahui, melalui turnamen ini kita bersama telah berhasil mengumpulkan dana sebesar lebih dari Rp 1 milliar dari para sponsor. Dan dana yang terkumpul ini akan digunakan untuk pembangunan sekolah di Pengalengan-Malabar, Jawa Barat.  Sebagai imbalan bagi para sponsor tentunya dengan memberikan flight untuk bermain sesuai kategori sponsorship. Sedemikian besarnya jumlah sponsor yang berminat sehingga berdampak pada tidak tersedianya tempat/ flight bagi pemain non-sponsor termasuk member club kita sendiri.

 

Untuk itu pengurus klub menyampaikan maaf yang sebesar-besarnya atas situasi yang tidak terduga sebelumnya, namun kami tetap percaya anda tetap mendukung tujuan akhir dari acara ini 'giving back to the community'.

 

Namun demikian, kami masih terus mengupayakan agar member dapat ikut bermain, untuk itu bagi yang berminat harap mendaftarkan dirinya. Prioritas akan kami berikan kepada para member yang telah melunasi iuran tahunan 2010-2011 sebesar Rp. 7.500.000,-/tahun. After Final match play today at Soewarna beetwen Mr. Suroto Kadir and Mr Koko Matthew, finally Mr Suroto won 5 up 3 holes 3 play. As Mr Koko said, "Pak Suroto played a very good game, and PROPCON should be proud to have a champion like him". Ten Propconers accompanied the matchplay, today. Their matchpaly was held in a very fair game, judged and witnessed by Propcon Captain : Mr Elman Sunarlio.

 

Again, CONGRATULATION to The CLUB CHAMPION 2010 : Mr Suroto Kadir and Runner Up CLUB CHAMPION 2010 Mr. Koko Matthew. Also CONGRATULATION to the winner of ROOKIE OF THE YEAR 2010: Mr. Ruyoto, Mr. Edi Noto Widjaja and Mr Sularto.
