Propcon Golf Club Committees cordially invite :
Tim Mackay Memorial – Golf Tournament’s Sponsors & Propcon Members
To witness the handover of school building to the Government on 2nd May 2011 at 12.00 PM in Pengalengan-Malabar West Java.

This project was built in 2010 as a result of fund raising through Tim Mackay Memorial Golf Tournament.
Propcon Committee will combine this trip with a friendly golf game prior visiting the school project, following is the complete itinerary :

Sunday, 1st May 2011
- 08.00 AM : All participants are expected arrived at PARKIR TIMUR SENAYAN, near driving range Senayan / Hotel Sultan
- 11.30 AM : Arrived at Jatinangor, Lunch, check-in and prepare for golf game.
- 12.30 PM : Tee Off 18 Holes @ Bandung Giri Gahana Golf and Country Club.
- 19.00 PM : Dinner then free program

Monday 2nd May 2011
- 08.00-10.00 AM : Breakfast
- 10.00 AM : Bus transport to Pengalengan-Malabar
- 14.00 AM : Bus transport to Jakarta (ETA – Parkir Timur Senayan at 18.00 PM)

NOTES :
1. Bus transportation is provided by the committee (Jakarta-Bandung-Jakarta)
2. Stay and Play Packaged at Bandung Giri Gahana – Jatinangor, including breakfast:
- Twin Shared : Rp 900,000,-
- Single : Rp 1,100,000,-
3. Sunday evening Dinner are at Propcon cost
4. Other expenses are at participants account
